Greenfire Game Lodge - Your Stay in Balule Game Reserve

Each modern room has a private patio, sofa, and a bathroom with a shower. Glass doors and large windows open onto views of the dry riverbed. Animals such as elephants, giraffes, and monkeys are often visible from the deck. Rooms include air conditioning, comfortable beds, and an en-suite wetroom. No Wi-Fi is available in the rooms.

Breakfast includes a buffet of fresh fruit, yogurt, scones, and a la carte egg dishes. Lunch and dinner are served buffet-style or as a three-course meal. One evening features a traditional boma BBQ. The bar serves drinks and a reasonable wine list. Special dietary requirements, including vegetarian and vegan options, are accommodated.

Morning and evening game drives are led by experienced guides such as Given, Victor, or Selby. The open vehicles hold a maximum of nine guests and do not drive off-road. The outdoor swimming pool offers sun loungers and views of the bush. A shared lounge with a fireplace and library provides a space to relax. The game room has some missing pieces.

The lodge is located inside the Balule Game Reserve, 25 km from Hoedspruit Airport. Animals including elephants, hyenas, and buffalo roam near the rooms. The lodge is surrounded by nature, with a riverbed and waterhole in front. Airport transfers and free parking are available.

Services include airport shuttle, daily housekeeping, safety deposit box, and free Wi-Fi in the main areas. The bar serves drinks, and special diet menus are offered.
